They were very professional in the overall dealings. I had selected a two tier cake but had chosen 1 kg weight. They called and made clear that due to the design, weight would be higher. Cream cakes need to be stored in a refrigerator. Store fondant cakes in an air-conditioned environment.
Please serve the product at room temperature before consumption.
Keep the cake away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat, as it may fade or melt.
Avoid keeping cake near any electronic items.
Use a serrated knife to cut the fondant cake.
Sculptural details and figurines may comprise wire supports or toothpicks or wooden skewers for support.
To enjoy the freshness & taste of the cake, consume it within 24 hours.
Delivery Information
Before delivery we send photo of the cake. If any changes or corrections are there will make it and after customer's confirmation only we will dispatch the cake for delivery.
If any damage occurs during the delivery we are responsible for it and we will make the alternate arrangements or will try to bring the cake to its original condition.
Our delivery boy hand-delivers the delicious cake in a good quality cardboard box. Candles and knives are complementary but they will deliver as per the availability.
Every cake we offer is handcrafted, and since each chef has their way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape.
This product is perishable therefore delivery will be attempted only once, the delivery cannot redirect to any other address.

Occasionally, substitutions of flavors/designs are necessary due to temporary and regional unavailability issues.
Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date.
